Visit to the Château du Clos Vougeot

A must-see during your stay, this historic monument was built in the middle of the vineyards in the 12th century by the monks of the Abbey of Cîteaux. This monument was the buildings needed to exploit their vast vine land.

In the 16th century, it was completed by a dwelling. This “Holy See” of the Climats of Burgundy receives the chapters of the Confrérie de Chevaliers du Tastevin famous throughout the world.

Le Clos de Vougeot is open to visitors all year round.
